Summary of Qualifications

 

Mr. Soule has five years of progressive experience in a variety of geotechnical and geological projects. He has worked in various capacities including construction observation and testing, geotechnical surface and subsurface investigations, preparation of engineering design reports and contract documents and specifications. Mr. Soule has worked on geologic engineering projects which involve mapping of surficial geology, identification of active and dormant landslides, logging and sampling of test pits and boreholes, and down-hole logging of large diameter borings. Mr. Soule has been involved in construction observation and testing for a variety of projects including landslide repairs, site grading  and fill compaction, drilled pier and footing inspections, subsurface drainage systems, ground stabilization, and roadway construction. In addition, Mr. Soule has directed the installation of inclinometers and groundwater monitoring wells along with drafting and developing site plans and maps. Mr. Soule has drafted numerous construction plan sets and has a detailed knowledge of slope stability modeling.
