for a 6,000 ft mixed rock and soil tunnel through
Our scope
included detailed explorations, preparation of a geotechnical data report and a
baseline report, and development of a design package with plans and
specifications. The tunnel was excavated
with a specialized hard rock machine adapted for occasional soil zones
specified by Lyman Henn. Lyman Henn also
specified specialized pipe placement, backfill, and grouting requirements, then
worked with the Contractor and Owner to facilitate construction.
